Recently, the steel reinforcement cooperation between Weijian Technology and China Construction Second Engineering Bureau has entered the delivery stage. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the project progress, Zhai Lei, 

Deputy General Manager, Chief Engineer, and Chief Information Officer of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau, led a team to conduct research and investigation at Weijian Technology, and conducted on-site inspections of 

the manufacturing and commissioning progress of the steel bar production line. Hu Lixin, an expert in the technology research and development sequence of China Construction Group and the chief expert in the technology research 

and development sequence of the bureau, participated in the survey. Dr. Liang Yanxue, founder and CEO of Weijian Technology, and Zhao Gang, Vice General Manager, warmly received it.

At the exchange meeting, Dr. Liang Yanxue warmly welcomed the visit of the delegation from China Construction Second Engineering Bureau. He systematically introduced the development process, core technology system, and industri

alization layout of Weijian Technology, and focused on the latest research and development progress of the intelligent flexible production line for nuclear power steel bars. Both parties have conducted thorough discussions on key issues

 such as the technical parameters, process adaptability, and on-site application scenarios of the steel flexible production line, and reached consensus on the details of the subsequent implementation and application.

Zhai Lei pointed out in the exchange that nuclear power projects have high requirements for precision, production efficiency, and quality control of steel bar processing. Weijian Technology's technological innovation direction in the field 

of intelligent flexible steel bar processing is highly compatible with the digital upgrading needs of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau's nuclear power business. We look forward to both parties taking this project cooperation 

as a starting point, continuously deepening technical collaboration, and promoting the implementation and transformation of innovative achievements in engineering practice.

The next day, Mr. Zhao Gang accompanied the research team to the Weijian Jiangsu Yancheng Intelligent Production Line Assembly Factory to observe the commissioning and operation of the production line on site. The research team 

closely observed the stability of the equipment, the matching of production capacity, and the connection with the existing construction system, and had in-depth exchanges with the Weijian technical team. Based on the special working 

conditions of the nuclear power project, targeted optimization suggestions were proposed. The Weijian steel reinforcement team quickly responded and completed the adjustment.

The Weijian Steel Reinforcement Flexible Processing Production Line integrates the full process technology of "cutting, rolling, and bending", supporting flexible processing of steel reinforcement of all specifications and lengths, achieving 

unmanned operation throughout the entire process, and adapting to complex construction scenarios such as nuclear power, water conservancy, roads and bridges. Relying on the intelligent control system, it is possible to achieve 24-hour 

unmanned operation of feeding, processing, and discharging, effectively reducing construction risks, comprehensively improving operational efficiency and safety guarantees, and meeting the high standards, high quality, and high efficiency

 construction requirements of large-scale projects.

At present, the customized production line has completed production assembly and all debugging work. As of the time of writing, the production line has been shipped to the project site and will soon be put into project application. This 

cooperation is an important practice for Weijian Technology and China Construction Second Engineering Bureau to jointly promote the landing of intelligent construction in the field of nuclear power. Weijian will continue to promote innovation

 in intelligent construction technology and assist in the industrialization and intelligent upgrading of major projects.
